The project’s scope included full Construction, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, and Maintenance for all components, covering Pre-Engineered Steel Building Structures, Architecture, MEP Works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection Systems, Low Current System, etc.), along with Internal Road Works, and soft and hardscape development for the proposed Mannai Headquarters, Auto Showrooms, and Warehouses.
